WARNING: Many of the following documentaries contain explicit content and will possibly include violent, sexual and seriously disturbing imagery and description. I'm not joking.
5. "Child of Rage"
This is a documentary based on the true story of a girl named Beth Thomas. As a result of sexual abuse from her father at the age of one, Beth suffered from a rare disorder called Reactive Attachment Disorder. The girl, along with another boy, are adopted by a man and his wife. While both children seem normal on the outside, the little girl shows sudden outburst of extreme and psychotic violence, such as a longing to "stab" and inject "pins" into her brother and the parents.
Due to early abuse and neglect, she is a child that has developed no sense of conscious, empathy, love or compassion. It's a tragic story and rather disturbing. Give it a watch when you're in the mood…
4. "Interview With a Cannibal"
This is the true story of one fucked up Japanese named Issei Sagawa. In the documentary, he describes, in horrifying detail, how he tricked and killed a female student in one of his classes, and then proceeded to fucking have sex with her dead body and then literally eat her (spent 3 days eating her flesh)…Jesus Christ…If you're going to watch this, please do so on an empty stomach….trust me, I made that mistake already.
The crazy thing here is that this guy is still out on the streets of Japan roaming around as a free man (was held in jail for a short time, but due to wealthy parents and loop holes, was eventually released). This sick motherfucker even became a mini-celebrity after the incident in his home country!
3. "The Scariest Drug In the World"
Crack, herion, meth - there are some horrible drugs out there, but have you ever heard of Scopolamine? This is a drug that has been described as "hypnotic" and here's why: when put into your body, you retain full concsiouness and can speak normally ad are aware of your surroundings…but you become very susceptible to commands. Basically, people can order you to rob a store or stand still while you get raped…and you'll listen. Many people don't even have memories of what happened after the fact. This documentary actually doesn't have any graphic imagery; it's just a series of people sharing their stories.
2. "Doctors of Death"
I personally find this one really creepy. It documents and speculates about the experiments that the Nazi doctors did before and during World War II. Some of them are extremely gruesome while others are just plainly disturbing and may you seriously question how humans could do such things.
1. Earthlings
This is a documentary that highlights how abusive and exploitive humans are to other life on this planet - mainly, animals. It is graphic and does not hold any punches. The mot disturbing part about this one are its implications that we are all responsible for their horrors documented in the video. I have nothing else to say about this one - watch if you must.
